Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems. This course covers a wide range of topics, including installing and supporting PC hardware components, setting up and troubleshooting small office/home office (SOHO) networks, configuring and troubleshooting laptops and mobile devices, and reinforcing hardware and network troubleshooting techniques through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios. Prerequisite: CGS1030.
