This course covers cloud services from a business perspective. It includes cloud computing's business value, cloud types, steps to successful cloud adoption, the impact and changes on IT service management, as well as risks and consequences. This course also prepares the students to pass the Cloud+ certification exam. Prerequisite: CGS1030 and CNT2000C.
