Computer Science Capstone Course

Catalog description

This course integrates the student's prior courses with theoretical and practical knowledge-based IT applications. The course focuses on providing students with hands-on experience in technical support, system administration, and security management by requiring learners to complete IT tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and networks, and assisting in the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure. In addition, the course requires students to monitor and maintain network and system performance, as well as document and track IT assets and inventory.
