This course addresses managers’ need to understand the goals, technical procedures, and effects of budgeting. The course provides a comprehensive and integrated approach to budgeting and forecasting, from the details of preparing the many schedules that compose a master budget to fundamental managerial issues affected by the profit planning and control process.
