Catalog description
This course introduces students to methods of freeing and developing the natural speaking voice for performance. Emphasis is placed on breath support, vocal release, resonance, range, and articulation for clear and expressive communication on stage. Through targeted exercises and applied performance work, students explore the mechanics and anatomy of vocal production while building strength, flexibility, and control in the voice.
