Managing Labor Relations

Catalog description

This course is a study of managing labor relations within a unionized environment. Topics covered include, but are not limited to, the history of unions, legal issues affecting organized labor, the collective bargaining process, labor contracts, and the implementation of collective bargaining agreements - including grievance, disciplinary, and arbitration procedures.
