Management and Leadership Development

Catalog description

This course incorporates leadership skill development in relation to the core aspects of management practice. Students will develop a solid leadership foundation while focusing on the demands and opportunities in a variety of organizational settings. Other topics include, but are not limited to, leadership theories, skill development, personality types, emotional intelligence, networking, and team building.
