Principles of Interior Design

Catalog description

The content of this studio course includes an in-depth study of the elements and principles of design. Students will develop proficiency in the knowledge and application of the elements including color, line, texture, ornament, shape, space - as well as the principles including scale and proportion, balance, rhythm, emphasis and unity, and in designing interior spaces. The course will also explore employment opportunities.
