Introduction to Quality Assurance

This course introduces the student to the tools and techniques utilized to measure, maintain and continuously improve quality to ensure that products and processes meet the standards required in the advanced manufacturing and service environments. Topics addressed include quality management, systems, assurance, and control; and total quality management tools.
