Catalog description

This course stresses the fundamentals of speech for non-native speakers of English. It focuses on improving spoken English for increased intelligibility and also focuses on improving listening skills for greater understanding of spoken English. The course provides instruction in the production of speech sounds, stress, intonation and rhythm in spoken English.
