Catalog description

This course introduces students to laws governing banks and other financial institutions conducting business within the United States and the necessity for compliance and security. Topics include but are not limited to historical review of banking and its regulatory scheme, its evolution to present day laws that consider transparency, corporate governance, cyber security and sound lending practices.
