Advanced Aircraft Operations

Catalog description

This course will expose students to turboprop aircraft operations, including aircraft systems, aircraft performance, weight and balance considerations, high altitude flight, adverse weather operations, and crew resource management concepts in a multi-crew environment. Students will be evaluated in a multi-crew flight training device (FTD) using simulated flight profiles. Appropriately rated pilots may log simulated flight hours.
