Beginning Spanish 2

Catalog description

This is the second course in the first-year Spanish sequence and introduces students to the Spanish language. The topics included in the course are Spanish grammar, syntax, and vocabulary. Through the application of the grammar and vocabulary, students are introduced to some of the cultures and peoples of Spanish heritage, including figures from the Western canon. Not open to native or near-native speakers of Spanish.
