Catalog description

The focus of this course is to help students gain awareness of the ways in which an individuals sense of self, identity, the ways in which they understand others, as well as their conceptions of mental health and well-being are derived from their world-view and prevailing philosophy of life which is shaped by psycho-social and cultural norms and values.
