Major options and issues relating to current Information Technology architectures are addressed. Cloud based solutions such as IAAS, PAAS, SAAS are explored through assessments and evaluation of current technologies provided by Microsoft, Amazon, and IBM. Other topics included in the course are: telecommunications fundamentals including data, voice, image, and video. Issues related to the development of an integrated technical architecture to serve organizational needs in a rapidly changing competitive and technological environment.
