Catalog description

An examination of advanced managerial practices and procedures as they relate to the operation of lodging properties. Emphasis will be placed upon the back-of-the-house functions, such as engineering and maintenance, finance and accounting, food and beverage, and sales and marketing, as well as capital planning and managing the relationship between ownership of the property and management of the property.
