Catalog description

This course examines how entrepreneurs secure and structure funding to launch and grow new ventures. Emphasis is placed on understanding financing options from the founders perspective, including angel investment, venture capital, crowdfunding, and debt alternatives. Students learn how to prepare for investment, develop effective funding strategies, and communicate venture potential to investors. The course also explores the entrepreneur investor relationship, equity considerations, and exit scenarios as part of the entrepreneurial growth process.
