This course explores how entrepreneurs identify, evaluate, and test new venture opportunities using evidence-based methods. Students learn to apply Lean Launch principles to design and validate business models through real-world experimentation and customer discovery. Emphasis is placed on opportunity recognition, iterative learning, and the disciplined pursuit of product–market fit as foundations for entrepreneurial action.
