Catalog description

This course is designed to provide the students with an understanding of the stages of growth and development through the different stages of childhood and the application of the nursing process to these stages. The course focuses on the use of the nursing process to provide health teaching and secondary preventive care in a variety of in-patient settings to children experiencing health problems.
