This course familiarizes the student with the quantitative methods and techniques employed in the management of business and manufacturing firms. Topics include PERT/CPM, Linear Programming, Transportation Models, Forecasting, Decision Analysis, Simulation, and Markov Chains. Computer lab assignments demonstrate the use of the computer as a tool for the solution of complex problems.
