Catalog description

This course provides the basic building blocks of business law and is not designed to impart technical legal skills, but to enhance the judgment that students will need as entrepreneurs, managers, consultants, financial advisors, and accountants. Topics include, but are not limited to, uniform commercial code, bankruptcy, dispute resolution, corporate governance, business organizational forms, contracts, sales, torts, white-collar crimes, and related legal/ethical issues.
