This introductory course provides students with a foundational understanding of physical therapy, its principles, and the role of physical therapists/physical therapy assistants in healthcare. Through a combination of lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on activities, students will gain insight into the diverse areas of physical therapy practice, ethical considerations, and the importance of evidence-based care.
