Catalog description

This course is designed to support first-year students in their transition to college by fostering academic success, personal growth, and community engagement. Students will develop key skills such as time management, critical thinking, and effective communication while exploring their personal values, academic goals, and career aspirations. The course emphasizes self-exploration, goal setting, and cultural and social awareness, encouraging students to engage with diverse perspectives and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Through interactive activities and reflective discussions, students will build a strong foundation for success in college and beyond.
