Catalog description
An interdisciplinary introduction to the university experience, with emphasis on reading, writing, and study skills; use of digital student success platforms; academic and career planning; money management; awareness of academic support services; and critical assessments and discussions of selected topics in literature, science, business, education, politics, economics, and philosophy. Students are introduced to FSU history, policies, procedures, campus resources, and support services. This course is required of transfer students who enter the university with fewer than 30 transfer credits.
