Sport Management Internship and Seminar

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide opportunities to experience real-life sport management situations “in the field.” Internships are cooperatively sponsored by participating partners. The course will provide hands-on opportunities to participate in the practical application of Sport Management concepts and principles and will serve as a forum for discussion and analysis of the field experience. SPTM 490 (Internship) is a Fall and Spring course only. Students are not placed in SPTM 490 during the summer semester.
