Catalog description

This course provides information about information systems that are required for effective planning and management of supply chain and logistics activities. During the course, data, information, data base, information system, components of information systems, decision support systems and enterprise applications topics will be covered. Students will gain detailed information on planning and control systems for business operations through aggregate production planning procedures and disaggregation methods in hierarchical production planning. Topics will include forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory and warehouse management, SAP Fiori applications, implementation, and migration. This course is cross listed with MGMT 493 .
