Catalog description

This course explores historical and contemporary factors that are linked to U.S. health disparities. The course focuses on Leading Health Indicators and Leading Causes of Death in the U.S. as described in the prevailing Healthy People report. Disparities will be discussed relative to race/ethnicity, gender, income, geography, and sexual identity/orientation, language, and others.
