Catalog description

This course provides an overview of psychological variables that impact participation and performance in sports, exercise, and recreational activities. Emphasis is given to the developmental principles and theories in the areas of cognitive, emotional, social, personality, and physical development, and how they relate to the athlete, coaching, and sporting environment.
