Catalog description

This course teaches administrative and clinical functions that contribute to capturing, managing, and collecting patient service revenue. Students will examine the financial management processes of a physician’s practice, including revenue and expense cycles. Topics covered will include revenue cycle management and analysis of reports, accounts receivable, collections, denials management, and bad debt management.
