This course is an interdisciplinary analysis of death, dying, and bereavement. It includes such topics as facing death; coping with dying; hospice care; bereavement, grief, and mourning; funeral practices; lifespan perspectives on death; legal issues; suicide; and assisted suicide and euthanasia.
