Clinical Experience in the K-12 School Setting

Catalog description

The clinical experience in the public middle and secondary schools pairs candidates with 6-12 clinical educators in the classroom to further develop content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, pedagogical skills, and integrate technology in all areas to produce a positive impact on student learning. The goal of the clinical experience is to link theory and practice within the clinical setting to contextualize and cultivate knowledge, skills, and professional dispositions. This course is a Spring only course and must be taken in conjunction with EDUC 490 .
