This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of cyber security, both theory and practice. The following topics will be covered: security principles including confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, authorization, and non-repudiation; threat models; access controls; auditing and accountability; basic concepts of cryptography; operations, physical, network, OS, and application security.
