Catalog description

This course introduces the application of computational tools in genomics, including genome assembly, annotation, variant analysis, and transcriptomic profiling. Students will analyze high-throughput sequencing data using command-line tools and Python, and workflow management systems while learning reproducible, ethical practices in handling genomic data.
