Trial Preparation for Paralegals-Mock Trial

This course includes an in-depth study of the trial process from the paralegal’s perspective. Students will prepare for and conduct a mock trial including: client and witness preparation, trial notebook, drafting trial documents, jury selection and a mock trial. Usually offered each fall and spring semester.
