Catalog description

Court and Courtroom Procedures is a study of the American justice system in the administration of law and crime. This course provides students with an overview of the court systems at the state and federal level, an in-depth look at the duties and responsibilities of the key courtroom players and courtroom work groups in the administration of justice, and an overview of evidentiary matters and the impact that the interdependence of the CJ system on the judiciary. Offered every summer.
