Catalog description

Contract management concept procedures. Students will be given general instruction on contracting regulation, guidelines and procedures. A major component of the course will be to provide students with the necessary tools to compete for and/or issue contracts on behalf of their organization. Information to be covered will include cost and price analysis and cost estimating. Offered in the fall, spring, and summer.
