Catalog description

This course introduces students to the concepts, methods, and tools used to predict future business outcomes using historical and current data. Students will apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify patterns, estimate relationships, evaluate risk, and support data-driven decision-making. Topics may include regression analysis, classification, forecasting, data mining, model evaluation, and the interpretation of predictive results in business contexts. Emphasis is placed on using analytics software and real-world business data to develop practical recommendations for managers and decision-makers.
