This course gives students a thorough understanding of supply chain management from a manufacturer's perspective. Major areas of global sourcing, vendor evaluation, quality assurance, materials resource planning, inventory control, budget considerations, will be covered in this course. Students will develop a production plan for a season. Prerequisite(s): MG 132 .
