Non-Specialized Translation Practice, Spanish <> English

Catalog description

This course offers advanced intensive translation practice of non-specialized, non-fiction, non-literary texts. It will focus on the different steps of the translation process and it will emphasize detection and solving of translation problems through continued practice and reflection. Translation from Spanish into English will be prioritized, but translation from English into Spanish will also be practiced. The course will be taught in English and Spanish.
