Catalog description

This study and explanation of distinctive elements of Puerto Rico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Central American countries focuses on the fusion of indigenous, Black, and Hispanic as manifestation in the Spanish-American Caribbean Region. Students will read, study, and critically analyze relevant documents, and cultural materials from pre-Columbian populations until the contemporary period.
