Data Analytics Capstone Seminar

Catalog description

In this capstone seminar, students will put into practice the skills they have learned as a data analytics minor by collecting, analyzing and presenting their data on a project they design. Before starting the course, the students are expected to identify a faculty member who is willing to serve as an advisor on their projects. In addition to working with this advisor, the course will offer opportunities for students to get frequent feedback from the instructor and their peers on their projects, as well as professionalization activities such as learning new software tools, skills, and networking opportunities with working professionals.
