Continuing Work in Painting and Drawing

Catalog description

This course builds on the experience of Introduction to Painting and Introduction to Drawing. Focus is on developing pictorial construction with a range of expressive points of view and variety of materials in exploring studio practice. Reflecting on imagination and what is observed, students participate in discussion of these projects and develop a language of aesthetic awareness and sensitivity for individual and collective expression.
