This zero-credit, mandatory course is designed to ensure that doctoral students in public health engage in continuous professional development throughout their academic journey. The course requires students to complete a minimum of 20 continuing education hours beyond their regular coursework, focusing on advanced topics, emerging trends, and skills essential for their professional growth. The course needs to be repeated twice in the final year of study, each time participating in different professional development activities such as conferences, workshops, seminars, or specialized training sessions. Students are expected to provide documentation and reflection of the learning experiences. The course needs to be repeated twice in the final year of study. Class is graded pass/fail.
