This doctoral-level course is designed to develop advanced skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational change within public health contexts. Students will learn to create comprehensive strategic plans that address public health priorities, while employing negotiation and consensus-building techniques to facilitate shared decision-making among partners. The course will also focus on the development of organizational change strategies to ensure effective implementation of public health initiatives and long-term improvements.
