Catalog description

This course examines administrator leadership in education related to organizational systems at the district and school levels, including personnel hiring, budgeting, school climate, and school safety. These systems are approached as vehicles for moving forward mission and vision within a district and school. Emphasis is placed on developing leader mindset such that a vision committed to equity and inclusion informs decision-making across these systems.
