Catalog description

This course will provide an interprofessional perspective on the various aspects of treatment of eating disorders, using the perspectives of various master’s level clinicians (clinical mental health counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists), providers on the physical health side (clinical nutritionists) and those in the school system (school counseling & school psychology). The focus will be on collaborating as a team to provide best care to those recovering from an eating disorder. This course is open to students in the following graduate programs: Social Work, Counselor Education, Marriage & Family Therapy, School Psychology, and Clinical Nutrition.
