Data Analytics in the Accounting Profession

Catalog description

This course covers the application of data analytics techniques in assurance and tax. Students will gain hands-on experience applying contemporary data analysis techniques to collect, clean and analyze large sets of data in order to address discipline-specific problems. Students will also learn to use appropriate visualizations and reports to meaningfully present analysis results.
