Catalog description

Prerequisite: WELD 126 with a grade of C or higher. Intermediate course includes instruction on out of position groove welding on plate with gas metal arc welding and flux core arc welding. Covers the American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1 Structural Welding Code and prepares student for AWS SENSE Level 1 welder performance qualification test.
