Introduction to Engineering Design

Prerequisite: None. Students are introduced to the engineering design process and fundamentals of computer-aided design (CAD). Through hands-on learning, students develop skills in parametric modeling, sketching, assemblies, and technical drawings while exploring design intent, problem-solving, and the ability to clearly communicate design concepts.
