Prerequisite: None. One semester course for non-science majors designed to acquaint the student with scientific reasoning. A course that introduces the principles of the nature of matter/atom, reactions, reaction pathways, solutions including pH, measurements, instrumentation, nuclear chemistry organic/biological molecules and their applications to current issues.
